ShopMind — AI Shopping Assistant
AI chat assistant embedded in an e-commerce storefront. RAG over Supabase (pgvector) with Claude Haiku for cost-efficient reasoning; a Next.js route classifies intent across browsing, support, document retrieval, and add-to-cart — returning four structured JSON shapes from one chat surface.
An AI assistant built into a store that knows which tool to use for each question. It connects directly to the shop for browsing products, adding to cart, and support. For manuals, spec sheets, and in-depth questions, it searches a knowledge base. The right answer from the right source — automatically.
Web AR Commerce Experience — NAVO® Brands
Native Web AR viewer — Apple AR Quick Look on iOS & iPadOS, model-viewer on Android. Customers place furniture in their own room, swap colour/size variants, and trigger live interactions like desk height adjustment. No app install required. Concept to production in 60 days.
Customers point their phone or iPad at any room and see the actual furniture appear in it — then swap colours, change the size, and even watch a standing desk raise and lower in real time. Works on both iPhone and Android. No app to download. Engagement jumped 115% in 30 days.
Headless Commerce Platform — NAVO® Brands
Migrated a monolithic WordPress + WooCommerce site to a headless architecture. WordPress stays on AWS EC2 as the CMS, assets on S3 — its REST API is the content source, fully cached and delivered via Cloudflare CDN. Next.js 16 frontend deployed on Vercel. TTFB dropped from 1.2s → 210ms globally; origin load reduced 70%. Designed the complete UX language and interaction system from scratch.
Transformed a slow, legacy WordPress shop into a modern website. Rebuilt the design and page experience from scratch, and rearchitected the tech so product content is served instantly from servers close to every visitor — wherever they are in the world.
Odoo × WooCommerce Real-Time Sync
Webhook-driven bidirectional sync engine for orders, inventory, and shipping between WooCommerce storefronts and Odoo ERP — with retry logic, a live ops dashboard, and zero manual reconciliation.
Linked an online shop to the company's back-office system so orders and stock levels stay in sync automatically. Staff no longer copy data between systems by hand — errors dropped to zero.
Enterprise RBAC Authentication Platform
